「During my stay I was assisted by reception who were professional and very helpful by booking taxis and providing information about the area. Their security was also very thorough. It's a well located, extremely comfortable hotel which is perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast is also very good. Thank you for looking after me so well ! 」

「Don't expect the glamor of the lobby photo online--that is very good photography, but the reality is a bit less grand. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but Pakistan is not as advanced as some of its neighbors when it comes to tourist infrastructure. 「The front staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in, the manager who spoke fluent english gave me his WhatsApp for any hrlp or inquiries i might need. Straight after check-in i proceeded to order room service from Tabaq which is their in house restaurant. The biryani was delicious and i ordered repeatedly from there, the food for breakfast was also terrific. The room itself is alright, great bed but an average bathroom and shower. Very spacious though with a couch and table tor eating...

「Truly a gem. Awesome location The rooms have true elegance. Clean,smells good, bathrooms were spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Can't say enough about the staff. Very responsive and respectful hosts. True value for the money. You won't find better!! 」
