The Pearl Continental is always a must go hotel when I am in the Rawalpindi Islamabad area. I find it a very luxurious hotel, and prefer it to many of the other pricier hotels in Islamabad. I guess they just know about luxury, through their pedigree.

The hotel was the perfect accommodation for our group given that it has all the modern comforts one would expect from a premier hotel chain. All the restaurants provided excellent food at reasonable prices, and all staff we encountered were focused on making our stay feel special. As a group of three cricket fans visiting Rawalpindi for the test match, we wouldn't hesitate in booking the hotel again and can thoroughly recommend it.

I love this hotel and its staff. Rooms are lovely. Breakfast buffet and restaurant are great. Has pool, gym and spa: all great. My only qualm is that the transportation desk (not owned by the hotel, but endorsed by it) is rude and in my experience dishonest . Apart from that, no qualms at all about the hotel itself.

Fantastic Hotel

I had a wonderful stay. Whenever I’m back in Rawalpindi I would definitely stay here again. Excellent gust service, food selection little too spicy for my taste though. I liked their security system and staff. All in all a good stay. I would definitely mention my room attendant Noor (Room #525) and breakfast host Sadra who greatly took care of me when I had some health issues.

I found the staff to be very understanding, professional and supportive. The hotel has an excellent private car hire service which has helped me to go different places and also have the option to. Keep the driver with me throughout the trip. The breakfast complementary buffet offered a variety of food items and was well managed. Overall it's a hotel with the unique features of having a laundry, gym, car hire, restaurant which I would recommend highly for anyone wanting to stay in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.

The property is run down, and in a dire need of room renovations. The rooms are worst than most Economy hotels in the US and not worth the price. The lobby area and restaurants are good, and the lower staff helpful, but that does little to compensate for the rusty, moldy bathrooms and ages old sagging mattresses. Do not recommend!

I recently stayed at pearl continental Rawalpindi Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was convenient, and the housekeeping staff were friendly. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. However they did miss the complimentary fruit and daily water I would recommend the pearl continental Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. *Pros: * Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good location. Unfortunately the reception staff that are unexperienced children that have no manners or understanding of valuable guests ruined my experience at the end of my stay.
