The team were warm, attentive, and professional, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. A special mention to Daniyal, who went above and beyond - particularly in assisting us during a medical situation, ensuring everything was handled quickly and with great care. His support, along with that of Mohsin during a memorable rooftop visit, really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. We would also like to recognise the wider team across the executive lounge, housekeeping, and front of house, all of whom contributed to a seamless and enjoyable experience.
