"Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly relaxing. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always went above and beyond to make our experience special. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had stunning views. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the amenities were top-notch—from the pool to the golf club, everything was great. This was the ideal getaway for relaxation. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation, and I can’t wait to come back! 5 stars all the way!"

"Excelente hotel el personal muy atento y la limpieza muy buena también en las habitaciones limpian todos los dias y cambian los tendidos los desayunos incluidos y son excelentes mucha variedad de frutas y comida de todo tipo Regresaría de nuevo mi esposo y yo quedamos encantados. Las playas privadas son muy limpias y no te molestan tanto los vendedores"

"Breakfast was good. The rooms need updating and a little more attention as there was mosquitos inside the restroom and a large dead waterbug inside the room."

"So, here is the deal, staff was amazing, beds… if you like cold ac bring a blanket because they only have sheets. The pool is about 10x20 and 3 feet deep, indoor right by the desk. Literally on the beach. Water was about Luke warm, no hot or cold. If your not used to these areas, looks a lil sketchy but the people are friendly. Stray dogs all over the place but all want petting. Doors are locked from 11p to about 630. Would I stay there again, absolutely but it is no resort. Also outside of cartagena. Some great restaurants around there as well."

"I had an amazing stay at Baia Kristal Cartagena. The apartment itself was a big part of that it’s spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything set up in a way that just makes sense. It genuinely felt like having my own place, which made it easy to relax from the start. The lagoon was another highlight. It gives the whole property a calm, scenic vibe, and spending time by the water especially in the evening was one of the best parts of my stay. I also have to mention the host, who was great throughout. Very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free from check-in to check-out. Overall, a really solid experience. I’d definitely come back. "
