High above the SEA, this holiday apartment invites you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday directly on the Baltic Sea.



Arrive, step inside and look out over the sea and the harbour entrance from every room and from the terrace - relaxation from the very first moment.

The vast Baltic Sea lies directly in front of and below you and the sandy Weidefeld beach is just a few minutes' walk away. This is what an ideal location looks like.



The light-flooded living and dining area with its floor-to-ceiling windows and adjoining balcony welcomes you with high-quality and tasteful furnishings. The fantastic view accompanies you in everything you do, helps you to slow down and relax and makes everyday life fade away very quickly.

In the living area, the comfortable sofa can be converted into a bed in just a few simple steps and a TV with home entertainment provides entertainment if the Baltic Sea cinema needs to be interrupted.

The perfectly equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and you can look forward to cooking. Eating together on the balcony afterwards or having a cosy barbecue is a pleasure every day anew, what more could you want?

The two bedrooms, each equipped with a TV and box-spring beds, also offer comfort. You can choose between a double bed or two single beds. Sea views are guaranteed in both bedrooms and what could be better than falling asleep and waking up to them?

The parquet flooring throughout and underfloor heating make HochSee an attractive holiday destination at any time of year. And the wood-burning stove provides additional cosy warmth.

The bathroom with its floor-level shower is also equipped with everything else a man or woman needs for a good start to a new day's holiday.



The car parking space directly in front of the house offers further holiday comfort. Whether you use the staircase or the lift from there to reach the HochSee is up to you.



Our favourite spot: Whether from the sofa, dining table or balcony, just look out into the blue and enjoy your holiday.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class holiday. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Wir hatten in dieser gemütlichen und perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung 14 sehr sonnige und wunderschöne Herbsttage. Wir konnten, obwohl es Ende Oktober ist, jeden Tag auf der Terrasse frühstücken und die gigantische Aussicht genießen. Endlich ist auch der kurze Weg zum Strand wieder auf, so dass man keine 5 min braucht, um im Sand zu sitzen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

WC Brille versaut Urlaub

Es kam in dieser Ferienwohnung am Sonntag den 13.03.2022 zu einem Schaden. Ich habe mich einfach ganz normal auf die WC Brille gesetzt und diese ist dabei gebrochen. Klingt lustig, war es aber leider nicht.... Habe diesen Schaden sofort der Ferienhaus Argentur gemeldet und die Mitarbeiterin sagte mir telefonisch, das ich für diesen Schaden wahrscheinlich nicht aufkommen muss, da ich ja nichts dafür könnte. Dies bestätigte mir dann auch noch der Hausmanager, der noch am Nachmittag eine neue WC Brille montiert hat. Bei meiner Abreise und Rückgabe des Schlüssels, hieß es dann plötzlich, ich muss den Schaden doch bezahlen. Trotz meines Wiederspruchs bei der Leitung der Ferienhaus Argentur, wurden mir einfach 100€ die aus 80€ WC Sitz und noch einer 20€ Services Pauschale bestehen, in Rechnung gestellt. Was mich bei diesem Vorfall besonders ärgert, das man 100€ für eine ganz normale WC Brille verrechnet, die man bei Amazon um 25 – 30€ bekommen hätte. Da gehen einem schon so einige Gedanken durch Kopf….. Zumal aus meiner Sicht generell in diesem Appartement nur sehr einfache Sitzgelegenheiten und Möbel vorhanden waren.... Deshalb bin ich 11 Tage ohne hin nur auf dem Sofa gesessen, damit diese Plastik Stühle nicht zusammen brechen..... Und ja, ich bin 193cm groß und habe über 120kg. Allerdings sollte man dies dann vielleicht auch vermerken, wenn ein Appartement wie dieses, nur für Standard Menschen bis max. 180cm und 80kg ausgelegt sind. Und da ich vor Ort trotz massiven Wiederstands von meiner Seite, keinerlei Einsicht bei der Ferienhaus Argentur erzielen konnte, bleibt mir jetzt nur noch die Meldung an meine Versicherung. Klar ist, ich werde in diesem Ferien Ressort Olpennitz sicher nicht mehr buchen, so viel steht für mich fest! Schade, ich hätte nämlich gerne hier eine ganz andere Bewertung geschrieben, aber so etwas ist in meinen Augen nicht in Ordnung! Und ja es fühlt sich wie eine Diskriminierung an und dafür muss ich auch noch bezahlen.... Das waren mein Eindrücke in diesem Apartement, im Ferienressort Olpenitz......

Fantastischer Ausblick aus jedem Zimmer dieser traumhaften Wohnung. Wir waren schon zu jeder Jahreszeit hier und es ist immer wieder toll! Bei Schmuddelwetter wärmen wir uns nach einem langen Strandspaziergang in der Infrarotkabine auf und machen es uns dann auf dem Kuschelsofa mit einem Glas Wein vor dem Kamin gemütlich.
