"I have absolutely love staying at this hotel. It has been such a comfortable home away from home! Everything is clean and everybody has been friendly! It is a perfect location to get anywhere in the city! I would definitely stay here again!"

"I really enjoyed my one-night stay at this hotel. Its an airport hotel, so the main benefit is the closeness to Haneda airport and there's a shuttle to get you to the airport (but not from the airport to the hotel). Its a very quick (<2 min) walk from the nearest train station to the hotel. The rooms were large (esp for Japan), and well appointed. Check in and out were easy. I would definitely go back, especially if I had a late night entry to Haneda or an early exit from Japan. Would recommend."

"Great hotel. One of the best and most spacious hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. Hotel was clean and in great shape. Staff were all great. Beautiful garden and koi pond at the hotel. Short walk to the Shinagawa station. Not a whole lot around the hotel besides the train station."
