The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
It doesn't get much better than this. Located in Terminal 3 departures. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delicious. My go-to hotel when arriving and/or departing Tokyo.

Room was spotless and always had fresh towels and sheets to come back to the hotel with during the day. Staff made check in so easy, and helped with a heavy parcel I preordered before arriving.
