「The staff was friendly, doing their best with upgrades and construction. The cabinet upgrades and color schemes were nice. Electrical upgrades for phone chargers were a great improvement. I had two rooms. One of the rooms had a faulty heater that poured out cold air...the lamp nearest the hvac unit did not work. The soap dispenser in the bathrooms are too low and need to be brought up to near eye level! The mattress pads on the beds were horrible and need to be updated!」

「Clean room. Front desk agent at check in was friendly and helpful. Down side, in the morning there was NO hot water. We called the front desk at 8am, they told us it will take awhile. It’s was close to check out so I took a cold shower. All I got from front desk agent was “sorry” with a smirky smile. Plus the noise from the contractors was loud.. so no sleeping in..」

「2nd time we have stayed at this property, the room keys were a total annoyance this trip, the slightest thing would deprogram them, we made no less than 10 trips to the front desk to have them redo our keys over two days…other than that it was great.」
