「Need to list out if there is any deposit needed. 」

「Room is nice and pool is awesome . Problem is booking system . By guestonic , check is system is different so it’s little bit problem . Need to ask staff to get key and pay deposit . Check out , staff came around 10:30am so if you need to check out early in the morning , you need to negotiate but they didn’t reply WhatsApp messages. 」

「No hot water. Air conditioning doesn't work. Service is unfriendly. Ignored. Check-in is also unfriendly. It was the worst experience in a country I've been to more than 10 times.」

「The sound proofing is amazing. Despite being next to a mosque I wasn't woken up at 5am. The place was clean. Check in was a hassle as they can't do multiple forms of payment to pay for the hotel.」

「The room was clean and well equipped. Location is good for those who wants to be located near to Gleneagles Hospital. Check in process was okay. What is probably worrying however is the required bank transfer deposit and the need to send ID document to some unknown person which can be easily misused.」

「Solo travel, just needed a crash pad for the night near the airport, which this was great for with plenty of eating out options nearby」
