"We liked the bath (大浴場）, the shower in the room, and the whole bathroom in the room. We liked the nice and friendly bi-lingual staff at the front desk to check us in. The arrangement with a taxi for the next morning worked fine, and the taxi driver was very nice, too. We liked the space around the beds, the bunkbed, and the table with two chairs. We liked the sandals that we could use to walk downstairs to take a bath. I would have liked more pillows."

"An older property, but very nicely maintained. It provides a proper hotel experience, rather than a lot of similar priced business hotels that don’t have restaurants and event facilities. Very conveniently located, right in front of Wakayama Station. The staff were great, very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful whenever I asked them a question. The rooms are relatively specious and I really loved the big bath. I would definitely recommend this property for business or recreational travelers."
