「Devin is a fantastic host! The property was clean and well appointed. It was our first time in this area and also using an owner rental She communicated and explained everything and gave great advice on dining choices. Her website is easy to navigate and the WiFi was a bonus. I will definitely recommend her properties as well as go through her again in a heartbeat. 「My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The views from our balcony were better than expected. There was always a chair available at the pool. The location of the property was central to everything we wanted to do. It was a perfect, much needed getaway. 」

It was also nice to have a full kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out every day. The view from the balcony was amazing. 「A great first visit to Singer Island. The accommodations were great as indicated in my review/rating. Only comment I will make is a few items that are needed in the condo: frying pan (s), spatula and cooking utensils, can opener and ironing board. But the property was wonderful overall.」
