"Dirty carpets. Mildew smell. Hallways hot and mildew. Good location. Nice large TV. Shower water pressure not the best."

"The hotel was fine — not great — definitely not bad — just fine. It was as expected from a resort of the caliber charging $500+ p/n, and worth the cost. The pro shop staff though …. Easily the most unprofessional bunch of screw ups I’ve encountered in all my travels. Worse than any bargain basement Motel 6 staff, this bunch couldn’t do anything right to such an extent that it became a joke to see what they’d screw up from day to day. Pure comedy. It actually made the trip in a sense because we’ll laugh about their incompetence for years to come. My advice if staying and playing here — get everything in writing. From your tee times to the number of players, to the greens fees and caddie requirements, GET IT IN WRITING. Also, go to the front desk after each round to make sure you’re billed correctly and promptly make corrections. Or don’t listen and enjoy years of laughter recalling just how comical their performance was. Either path works."

"My husband and I arrived early to the hotel after previously calling ahead and being told that early check-in would be okay. We had been traveling and were very tired, so we were hoping to get settled in. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff immediately said, “You’re early, we don’t have any rooms ready, you’ll have to wait.” We understood that rooms may not always be ready early, but the way it was communicated felt dismissive. We waited in the lobby for about two hours with no updates from the front desk. The same employee who initially spoke to us left when her shift ended without ever checking on the status of our room. When the next shift came in, the two employees at the desk were extremely unprofessional — loudly discussing their personal lives and using profanity while guests were sitting in the lobby. After waiting longer, we had to approach the desk ourselves to ask for an update and were told to wait another 45 minutes. When we finally got into our room, it was disappointing. There were no cookware or utensils, despite the room setup suggesting they should be available. There were no extra towels, the hallways had trash and dirty bedding sitting out, and the elevator stopped working during our stay. The hotel looks very nice from the outside and appears newly built, but the overall experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. You can also clearly hear other guests’ TVs and noise through the walls, which made it hard to relax."

"We stayed in a room on the side of Military Trail and Turnpike. The noise level is horrendous! Our room had a single-pane glass sliding door. Every time we entered the room we thought we left the door open, but it was not. Do not stay on the south side of the building. Other than that, our stay was fine."

"No one shade bear hygh unheayed pool Was told that he mbrelkas would be put out next day. Never did. I asked for my room to be serviced on 2nd day, they said they would but when I got in, it wasn’t done and all housekeeping was gone. Disappointing in all ways"

"The room that we stayed in did not have a inside security door bolt on the door. The shower had no pressure and the head was broken and also had mold on the spray nozzles. So definitely wasn't taking a shower. The fan in the bathroom was broken/disconnected when turning on the light. The light switch itself was operable but broken. The elevators were slow and the doors on one car had to be pushed open after they wouldn't open when we got to the bottom floor."
