"The host was responsive but the accommodation was unacceptable. It was dirty, mildewy, and the floor of the hotel was undergoing renovation so there was no lighting in the hallways, there was dirt and dust in the hallways, the elevators were blocked by construction equipment so we had limited access. We complained to the host and had to leave the room and book a hotel room for the remainder of the stay. Unfortunately we had to spend one night in the VRBO which was not pleasant!"

"My family had a wonderful stay! Devin was a very responsive host, answering my questions prior to booking and sharing detailed instructions for checking in and out. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout with open kitchen and living in the middle was perfect for our group, and our children loved the pools and beach."
