"i have stayed in kubu jimbar for 4 nights and it was a good experience. staff is welcoming and friendly. they are very helpful as well. my room was clean and even have excellent wifi connection. bed is extremely comfy! this hotel very worth the price and just a short distance walk only to the main road. the pool is extremely clean which i love to get my sun tan there. will definitely come back again if I am travelling to uluwatu area."

"What a pleasant surprise to find this location! The Location- off a side street from busy part of the road Noise - none soundproofing was great Facilities- fantastic for the price pool was nice. We got our own villa with pool ( fountain) with a little courtyard. Space - nice and secluded They even have a yoga space for you to play Will I come back? Yep at this price point for the quality of stay why not!!! Food- decent for the price Hot tip- don't get ripped by local grab drivers...

"Terrible experience. They do not update hotel availability, or over sell rooms. On arrival they sent their apologies that hotel is overbooked and instead of room for 53$, they give and awful cheap alternative where i will never sleep of 15$. No refund or compensations was provided. Worst experience ever with Expedia."

"View was great with a very nice balcony and pool. No hot water. My pillows were both covered in mould or mould stains. I brought them to the front and refused to use them. Arguing with the manager, she finally went and got new ones from the store. Hotels.com says: daily housekeeping-FALSE free bottled water- FALSE free breakfast? only if you demand it. Restaurant is nice. Oh, no "free toiletries" either (as said on hotels.com)"

"The property is beautiful and easy enough for cabs or grab to come and pick you up. Not really walkable to anything too interesting but there’s a free shuttle to Jimbaran beach. Breakfast buffet included and the property is as advertised. "

The staff was easily available with whatsapp. Shout out to Bagus who made our breakfast every morning and Ketut the villa manager who went out of his way and grabbed first aid items. "We bought the honey moon package. We stayed 3 nights in villa 1 The package includes free airport pick up, welcome cake, and candle light dinner by the pool. We love the location of the villa, it is just 3 mins walk to the beach where there are seafood snd others choices of eateries. Villa number one is good size for a couple, we have a private pool which is maintained very well. The decoration is simple but well tasted. They have diffetent choices for breakfast, the food is ordinary but...
