「The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. 「ノルブリンカの裏手にあり、とてものどかなところです。部屋は広くてきれいですが、枕が臭くて困りました。シャワーのお湯はきちんと出ます。食事はノルブリンカのレストランで食べていたのでわかりません。フロントはあまり親切ではなく、早朝空港までのタクシーを頼んでおいたのに、フロントは真っ暗、ドアーも閉められていて外に出られず、タクシーらしきものもこちらを確認することなく行ってしまい、本当に困りました。ダライラマテンプルコンプレックス迄、５００ルピーほど（ホテルからは５００といわれたけど、ドライバーには４００だと言われ、４００払いました）高いなと思いましたが、山道を３～４０分上っていくので、当然かなとも思いました。」

「Kiváló hotel. FAntasztikus. SZuper tiszta, szuper igényes. A szobák nagyok, tiszták. Az ágyak kényelmesek. Volt Tv, Klíma és hűtő is. A kilátás a tetőről hihetetlen a hegyekre. Van saját étterme az első emeleten, ami korrekt áron dolgozik és nagyon finom az étel. A recepciósok és a személyzet nagyon nagyon kedves és segítőkész.
