Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
There were no heating in the rooms on a very cold day, infact the owner wanted additional money for providing heaters for each room. Toilet paper on the room was soaking wet and quite disgusting Linens had blood stains and smelly Locks on the bedroom were very shaky and could be opened with any key. Made us feel very unsafe When asked for recommendations manager was not very helpful and we felt only recommended spots and vendors where he had a previous arrangement with We weren't able to take any shower on the morning because there was no electricity or backup Electricity kept getting turned off during night making it very unsafe walking down the stairs Property was in correctly marketed as luxurious property and it was far from one. We were so disappointed we checked out of the property 1 day early and instead of offering a discount manager asked for even more money because we asked to move to switch rooms
