"This hotel is set up high near what is called The Mall which is a long retail street. You are not allowed to drive to the hotel as vehicle access is not allowed to the area so your bags have to be carried by porter. The hotel has spectacular views, the staff are friendly and helpfull. There is a good restaurant and importantly the location is great to walk to points of interest."

The property was great with many facilities like pool table, archery range, live music and rooftop cafe. They can improve on selection of drinks (not many choices). One thing they should immediately pay attention to and rectify is safety. The outdoor area had glass boundary wall with steel hand rails. The bolts were missing and the and the rails looked unsafe. Reception staff not very supportive, charged Inr 4000 for one room which was requested just for 1 hr for feeding toddler, also charged INR 13000 for dinner and gave zero discount when requested. Though hotel is good but not value for money. You can easily afford 5 star hotel in the same amount. "
