「This is a beautiful brand new hotel that has a wonderful view. The Manager Akshit upgraded our room and helped us book taxis. His hospitality was excellent, he even drove us to our bus stop and waited with us to ensure we got the right bus. Akshit was excellent and we loved our stay!」

「ノルブリンカの裏手にあり、とてものどかなところです。部屋は広くてきれいですが、枕が臭くて困りました。シャワーのお湯はきちんと出ます。食事はノルブリンカのレストランで食べていたのでわかりません。フロントはあまり親切ではなく、早朝空港までのタクシーを頼んでおいたのに、フロントは真っ暗、ドアーも閉められていて外に出られず、タクシーらしきものもこちらを確認することなく行ってしまい、本当に困りました。ダライラマテンプルコンプレックス迄、５００ルピーほど（ホテルからは５００といわれたけど、ドライバーには４００だと言われ、４００払いました）高いなと思いましたが、山道を３～４０分上っていくので、当然かなとも思いました。」

「Staff was not cooperative at all. I don't know why but they don't allow food to be served in room. We had our 1 year old baby and was asking if you can or we can take the dinner in room because outside it was very cold but strangely denied the request. Also, we were having breakfast in there restaurant before checkout and it 11AM, and they said you need to leave the room because next guest will come and we need to clean, we said please allow us 5 mins to finish the breakfast, our bags are...
