Very comfortable stay, wish we stayed longer. Great location in Jeju City near to food options and LotteMart, and only 7min taxi to airport. Value for money.

In Jeju city very close to airport. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were not very friendly (no smile or even acknowledgement from reception staff), and also could not speak English. Breakfast buffet provided but nearly all Korean with little vegetarian options apart from the bread.

Thomas ( his English name) was great from the time he picked us up at the airport, helped us in finding a rental van and communicating with the driver in our behalf. Property has no consistent hot water running to 4th and 5th floor. Water will be luke warm and then ice cold. Property was fully booked and staff was not able to resolve this issue. Another room booked on the 3rd floor was fine. When I ask the hotel to reimburse fee for one room, they declined although the basic needs of the room was not met. Would not recommend this hotel as thereโ€™s a good chance you may not be able to take a shower. Save your money as there are plenty other options available.
