"This place was just ok. I was pleased the pool was clean and in working order, but otherwise there was a lot that was underwhelming. On our second day, our keys stopped working, and when I went to get new ones, had to wait a long while because lots of folks were checking in and some were returning to the desk because their assigned rooms were dirty or had people actively in them. Overall, kinda spooky vibes, understaffed, and under-cared-for."

"The Hotel Indigo was an overall nice experience. The location was convenient and most of the staff we talked to were outgoing and friendly. We parked on the street, free after 6 and all day sunday so that was not an issue during our stay. The room itself was spacious and modern and the decor was very chic, but it wasn't as clean as we would have hoped. The floors in the rooms are hardwood and ours was a little sticky, maybe it wasn't mopped as well as it could have been. The shower also had a lot of hair on the floor. Luckily housekeeping was working next door so I was able to borrow their broom and sweep the shower out. There was also no fridge and no microwave, so don't plan on storing any food or restaurant leftovers during your stay here. One last small thing was there was no hdmi port available on the television so don't expect to be able to plug in any sort of games or roku/firestick type devices. Those things aside though we had a nice stay and the price was very reasonable."

"This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. I didn't have breakfast, but I passed the area it was in, and it looked nice. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn. (I was in town for an event in Murrysville and I chose to go 30 mins east and out of my way to stay here rather than in Monroeville!)"
