Go fishing (fishing poles provided on your private pier, soak up the sun on the sundeck overlooking the water, float in the water (rafts and life jackets provided), kayak (two provided), play yard games (provided) on the huge front yard, BBQ (gas grill provided), or relax with the family on the 12x50 foot front porch. There are many activities to enjoy, ensuring everyone has a great time! Ideal for get-togethers, getaways, fishing, boating, and special occasions.
The 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms provide ample space for 6 guests to stay for the weekend, an extended weekend, or for long term.
The Sand Bar is located on the opposite side of the river, featuring volleyball courts, boat rentals, and occasionally hosting live music. You can sit peacefully on your front porch or pier (with pier lights installed) and enjoy the music and memories. You create your own fishing stories.

The outside area features a covered patio and a spacious yard perfect for the kids to play in.
