This beautiful, renovated villa is equipped with the luxury & comfort of a private swimming pool, outdoor shower and a communal swimming pool within walking distance. Villa Drumi Dushi has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a luxury open kitchen and can accommodate up to 6 persons and 1 baby.

The perfect spot to enjoy the tropical outdoor life with a view over the salt pans of Jan Thiel

Villa Drumi Dushi is located on Marbella Estate, a secured residential area (community) with a large shared swimming pool with a children's section and a sun terrace. On the estate are 90 tropical houses, a mix of permanent residents, tenants and holiday rentals. An ideal park for families and for people who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the resorts. Centrally located to all nice beaches & restaurants.

Marbella Estate is located between two beautiful lagoons called Jan Thiel and the Spanish Water. Both are beautiful places where you can swim, dive, wakeboard, relax or just enjoy nature. With various facilities in the immediate vicinity, Jan Thiel Beach, Mambo Beach and Willemstad are only a 5 - 10 minute drive away.

Villa Drumi Dushi features:

- 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans and closet space
- 2 luxurious bathrooms with toilet, bathroom furniture and rain shower,
the master bedroom's bathroom is en-suite
- Attractive living room with fan, sitting area, large flat screen television (Smart TV) and Sonos sound system
- Modern kitchen with American fridge (including ice maker), combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine
- Fast Wifi internet in the entire house
- Tropical garden with private swimming pool, outdoor shower, covered lounge area, sun terrace, BBQ and 6-seater dining table under the palm trees
- The house is also equipped with an alarm with notification

Extra information:
* Minimum length of stay: 7 nights
* Maximum 6 persons + 1 baby
* NO extra charge for > 4 persons

Price includes:
* Price includes bed linen, towels and beach towels
* 7% tourist tax is included in the price
* Wifi internet
* A cot and a high chair are available free of charge on request.

Additional costs:
* Compulsory final cleaning fee: Euro 125,- per stay
* Costs for usage water & electricity will be charged after check out from your (damage / security) deposit. Water Euro 8.50- per used m3 and electricity Euro 0.45 per kWh. We will contact you upfront how to pay the deposit Euro 400.- upfront.

Optional:
- Intermediate (extra) cleaning on request Euro 95,-
- Guaranteed late check-out, time in consultation with the property manager, on request Euro 95. -

Perfect vacation spot!

Tucked away in a gated community, Villa Drumi Dushi is the perfect spot for a vacation in Curacao. Not far from several nice beaches. Grocery stores close by too. Beautiful pool to relax in. All the comforts of home! Spotless. We highly recommend this rental. Property manager was delightful & accommodating.
