"Loved everything about this place! Great location, clean, and friendly staff"

"It smelled like cat pee. The overnight staff called at 2am to see if our room was occupied, but we were sound asleep and did not answer. We then woke up to the staff member attempting to open our door repeatedly. We were very freaked out and were not able to sleep for quite some time. I went to the desk a bit later and asked for more details and he said the system glitched and it said our room was not occupied. I get the mistake but it was a crazy thing to happen. The room had an awful stench which lost its cleanliness credibility. We did not enjoy returning from our excursions to unwind. "

"Room was dirty/sheets were stained/bathroom had hair in it/toilet ran constantly. Staff seemed bothered by questions/shuttle was late-we had to call an uber so we were not late for campus tour and when we used the shuttle it was clearly in need of major repairs-seemed unsafe to driving. Pool was closed-not disclosed on website and staff didn’t not disclose when I called to confirm reservation."

"Worn out, sagging mattress. Dirty bathroom Narrow, noisy hallways. Paper thin walls and doors that slam. I won’t stay here again. "

"The hotel was great but on the weekend the pool was packed and people left towels on chairs that were not being used. It wasn’t clear if all those people were even staying at the hotel. It would have been nice to enjoy the pool more. The place was clean and the location was excellent. The staff was very nice but the valet attendants were loud and you can hear them right outside the window early in the morning. If it wasn’t for the pool and the noise I would have given them 5 stars. "

"I called the hotel months in advance and multiple times to inquire about early check in, because I was traveling for a bachelorette and we needed to surprise the bride with a decorated room. I was told to call back the morning of our reservation and then was told it was not promised. Upon arrival, we were not able to check in early and killed time until normal check in and were not even able to check in at 3:00pm for their normal check in, waiting until 5:00 after pushing several times insisting on being given a room. The staff was highly disorganized and majority unhelpful. I’ve never stayed at a Hilton like this, not providing water or cookies like a typical Hilton. Not offering any information on the hotel amenities or area. We waited so long to check in for the room to be cleaned and when I went to shower, the soap was completely empty in both of our rooms that I booked. I would never return to this hotel or recommend it. "

"Very cozy accommodations; friendly and responsive hosts - just an overall great experience! The Sleepy Shack had everything I needed, from large coffee mugs to extra blankets. The covered patio was the perfect setting for morning coffee. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Showed up at 3 in the morning I pre paid and they gave my rooms away and no refund! This place is a total dump and Expedia totally sucks! Stay at Marriot !! Still trying to get my money back "
