"What an adorable hotel. The rooms were great, the location was perfect for walking everywhere and the pool area was amazing (the waitstaff by the pool needs some training or maybe we were in the wrong. They only seemed to wait on the bachelorette parties and the folks in the reserved spots (which was a joke - 4 chairs were held until almost 2:00). Couldn’t get a drink unless we walked to the bar. Never seen anything like it. The rest of the staff was amazing - super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Maybe skip the pool area"

"Bar space is beautiful and the food was delicious. Great location where you can walk to so many restaurants, shopping, or the waterfront. "

"The stay started badly. The room was full of fruit flies. I told the staff about it on my way out to dinner, i was told they would take care of it. Came back to the room after 12 and the flies were still in there. They were surrounding outside of the room door as well. I called customer service and responded immediately. This was arround 1:45am. He came and helpef move us to another room. Around 7am i got up to use the restroom and there was a roach on the bathroom flloor and no hot water for the first 10 minutes. We paid roughly $600 a night. Management was very apologetic. I will not be staying there again."

"Great little place for quick trip into Charleston. Convenient to downtown! Giving the mattress a 10/10, so comfortable! Last minute plans added my little dog and child into the mix. James was able to accommodate both. 2 adults, child and dog fit nicely. Highly recommend!"

"What a great place. We loved the screened in porch with the beautiful view. The hosts are great folks and responsive. Location is a safe neighborhood and close to Charleston and the beach. The park pass saved us and gave us access to many places."

"Great location in the Historic French Quarter. Rooms good size, nice to have a balcony. Only complaint is there was no mini fridge and the shampoo/conditioner dispenser made the shower feel crowded. It should be on the opposite end of shower head. Great happy hour, check your bill to make sure you’re not charged for valet parking if you didn’t use it, luckily we caught that charge. "
