「Pros: We thought the pool was awesome and well heated, kids spent a lot of time playing in and around the pool. There were also many things for the kids to play inside the house - some toys, game console, etc. and in the backyard - trampoline, tricycle etc. The house was located in a nice neighborhood and close to the marina for fishing, boating and bicycle path. 「ホテルやサービスアパートの様なホスピタリティーサービスは全く無いです。サービスは完璧にレンタルアパートとして部屋を提供しているというフロントの対応でした。現地支払いでは、クレジットカードをチェックインで提出を求められる。カード機はないのでカードナンバーを手打ちでPCにフロントマンが記録し、クレジットカードから金額が引き落とされる。現地ではレシートや支払い証明書はない。カード使用控えなども無い。支払いの仕方の説明などはフロントから全くない、身勝手にカードを使われてるような違和感を感じ不安であった。カード支払いに説明を求めたがフロントの対応は（”マリオットホテルではないので諦めろ。）と言った。部屋は広く２ベットルームもバスもキッチンも情報どうり。キッチン道具もキチンと揃っている。国連の並びで窓から１AVが見える。昼間はクラクションの音が目立つがニューヨークマンハッタンなら普通レベル。」
