Bellagio is a cluster in BSD City that actually feels like home. With a quiet neighborhood and houses that actually lived on (not just investment). The house has just finished renovation. We always renovate the house after a 2 yearly rent.
The house has a backyard that is perfect for BBQ and outdoor dining. And the small garden in front of the house has a big tree that makes it feel green and calmer on hot days.

There is an extra maid bedroom+bathroom and inventory room.
