"Amazing stay from start to finish - staff were really accommodating and facilities in our apartment were perfect - everything from washing powder to choice of coffee capsules was covered ! And the view from our room was breathtaking!! Car parking was a plus even though the hotel have shuttles running to and from Queenstown. Next time we visit NZ we’ll definitely stay at The Rees!!"

"First, the staff is amazing - every person we came across in our 7 day stay was friendly, helpful and downright cheerful. The front desk staff at checkin and out were great. We made a lot of friends at ThreeSixty, the restaurant and bar where everyone was so helpful with suggestions and ideas for what we could do - Thanks Martin, Izzy, Josefina, Hannah, and our friends from Mexico - you guys are the best! Second, the location is absolutely unbeatable. There are 30 restaurants within a 5 minute walk, as are all the lakefront amenities, great shopping, great everything. The Gondola was a 10 minute walk... it really couldn't be more convenient if you plan to do any exploring. The room was fine, the bed was comfortable and waking up the the lakeviews was spectacular. Even got to use the small gym a couple of times. This was our first trip to NZ and Queenstown, but we will definitely be back."
