A separate media room gives kids and adults space to unwind in different ways — perfect for family movie nights, quiet reading, or a rainy-day retreat.

A short walk takes you to the popular Farmhouse Café, primary school, and playgrounds, while Frankton’s shops and airport are just 10 minutes away. Queenstown’s CBD, ski fields, wineries, and lakeside trails are all within a 15–20 minute drive.
Guests have full access to the main house, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, open-plan living areas, media room, outdoor spa, patio, and garage/driveway parking. The property is private and exclusively yours during your stay.
We respect your privacy and want you to feel at home. Check-in is self-service for your convenience, but we’re only a message or call away if you need assistance or local recommendations during your stay.
Please note the garden is not fully fenced, so children should be supervised outdoors. Spa guidelines are provided to keep the water fresh and safe for all guests.

Noise: Quiet hours are between 10pm–7am out of respect for our neighbors.
