This place a was very clean.

check in was a breeze; even though I arrived early the staff was eager to help and found me a room with no hassle. The room was a nice size for a Japanese hotel . Each morning there was a free breakfast consisting of coffee, juice, an egg sandwich, miso soup, rice with seaweed, very adequate to start the day. In the room there was a refrigerator to save any uneaten food for later. On my floor was the coin laundry. Vending machines for drinks were readily available.

Perfect for families. This location is right on the edge of lively areas but just a short walk to everything you want or need for kids and adults. The staff was also very helpful and we’re happy to accommodate every step of the way with the best attitudes.

The checkin process was super simple. They have a tablet in the unit that you use to communicate to their agents. The agents spoke English which made everything that much easier. They answer the tablet everytime and quickly. Wish they had a bathroom upstairs.

Hotel Nikki is a good choice for its location. It connects to the Hakata station via P5 exit. Service is good but the design is slightly outdated.

I I think the greatest strength of this hotel is that all the staff do their best for the customers until the end. The spacious rooms, cleanliness, and stylish remodeling are already mentioned in many reviews. It was really great. I booked a full board for meals, but I only enjoyed breakfast, so I don't have much to say about the food. It wasn't very diverse, but it was sufficient for breakfast, and both Western and Japanese food were good. (However, the French toast was not as good as other...

Excellent breakfast buffet. Mostly Japanese home-cooked items but some continental breakfast items (fried eggs/breads) are also available. Spa was spacious and clean. Pajamas (size large) were supplied. Walkable from the nearby Imari station, and ample parking if driving. During the peak check-in time, there was an English-speaking staff. Staff was always warm, courteous and helpful.
