「Great atmosphere with a Japanese style garden at the front of the hotel. Complimentary snacks and drinks. Very clean and very spacious for Japanese standards. Will be coming back!」

「Strong smell of mold in the reception area, really put me off. Not something I would expect from a hotel charging more than 20,000yen for a small single room. Check in staff unfriendly and unwelcoming as well. Very disappointing given the positive experiences I’ve had at other MyStays hotels across Japan.」
