Ich habe ein Economy-Zimmer gebucht und war überrascht, dass das Zimmer unter der Erde lag, schlecht roch und das Badezimmer sehr schlecht war. Ich musste einen zusätzlichen Betrag bezahlen, um ein anderes Zimmer zu nehmen. حجزت غرفة اقتصادية وتفاجأت بأن الغرفة تحت الارض والرائحة كريهه والحمام سيء جدا اضطررت الى دفع مبلغ إضافي لكي اخذ غرفة اخرى غيرها

Dårlig opplevelse

Alt annet enn servicen fra de som jobbet der og lokasjon var katastrofe. Død kakerlakk på gulvet var det første som møtte oss. De hadde plassert nattbordlampe på badet siden lampen til badet ikke fungerte, dette fikset de andre dagen. Rommet ble ikke godt rengjort og dusjen var ødelagt, det lakk vann fra dusjarmatur under hele oppholdet. Rommet var i kjelleretasjen uten en skikkelig vindu.

Ужасный отель

Не комфортный отель , на фото казался большим, по итогу мизерный , мини бар по итогу оказался платным (, завтраки бедные готовят администратор либо Уборщица , на что у нас был шок! Так такси до аэропорта по приложению стоит 160 лир , но администраторы так и успевают подзаработать себе и вызов от них 400 лир🙄

Стамбул прекрасен, а вот с отелем не угадали. Бронировали по одной цене, но в день заселения у них не работала платежная система , попросили оплатить завтра. За ночь цена выросла( заплатили больше. Отель очень маленький , (на фото так не кажется) номера темные , и некоторые без окон, завтрак очень скромный. На ресепшене ребята на ходу придумывают цены, попросили продлить на час , договорились по цене, при выселении назвали совсем другую стоимость и в € . За бар тоже странно рассчитались , сторговались и за лиры. В Стамбул вернёмся , а в этот отель нет!

Room was smelling sigarette..at morning stuff speak loudly.. first day reseption lady gave me room in basement and after promised me change room to move me to up floors.. but Next day she lied me that she doesn’t have empty room.. actually she had empty room.. if you hate sigarette smell and basement, this hotel not for you. I have to. About cleaning- they clean room every day. They offered me few times to drink cofee.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

İş seyahatim sebebiyle Aralık ayında 2 gece kaldım. Odam soğuktu ama puan kıracak kadar önemli değildi. Belki tek başıma olduğum içindir. Aileniz ile giderseniz her odada klima mevcut. İstersem açabileceklrrini söylediler ama gerek duymadım bu bile yeterli bir sebep iyi puan vermek için. Seccadeden ayakkabı çekeceğine kadar her ayrıntı düşünülmüş odalarda. Otel, civardaki diğer otellerden çok daha modern dizayn edilmiş. O bölgeye layık bir otel değil, daha farklı daha elit semtlere yakışır bir mimaride. Otele girişimden çıkışıma kadar tüm personeller güleryüzlerini eksik etmediler. Sıcak su her daim vardı. Temiz havlular, ücretsiz sıcak ikramları sürekli tazelendi. Ben tavsiye ediyorum.

Everyone was really hospitable and friendly. They gave us Turkish coffee on arrival. The only negative was they moved us to another hotel for the first night because their hotel was full. It wasn't as nice as the one we booked. Location was great.
