"Hotel was quaint, clean, and staff was friendly. First issue was the suite we had booked because of the large spa tub wasn’t working. We called the front desk from our personal phone ( no phone in the suite) and they shared the water had been turned off because it leaks into the room below-the tub was prominently featured on the room photos and was a main reason for booking the suite. The second issue was due to no carpeting in the room and assuming little insulation-every time we got up to use...
