「Staff was not responsive to messages sent via Expedia. I sent two messages 2 days before our stay about requiring an accessible room for elderly parents…no response. Sent another message 1 day before our stay to follow up. No response. When I arrived at 3:00pm, I felt chastised when reception told me check-in is at 4pm. 「A place to lay your head and that’s it ! Still even then we didn’t sleep the best , the mattress cover is plastic which makes you sweat . And no shower head so your straight up getting blasted with the water comimg out of the pipe. Train was a super cool feature , the noise of it didn’t bother me with it being so close.
