"An excellent hotel with a warm and welcoming staff. We did not experience any discrimination toward Israelis at all, on the contrary, the service was wonderful. The spa is of a very high standard with truly professional therapists, and the pool is great and enjoyable. The breakfast is rich, tasty, and diverse, offering plenty of delicious options. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and pleasant and the suite is highly recommended! Only downside: the hotel is a bit far from the city center, so you’ll need a car or taxi to get around. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"When I arrived, I headed to the reception, where two guys were present and giving me some odd looks. I introduced myself and said I wanted to check in. I then asked about the facilities, but their responses were so unprofessional and vague that I was genuinely shocked. The taller, bigger guy eventually made an effort to help, but the other one was completely useless. Most of the time, his answer was s"
