"The breakfast was good. However, the eggs were cold every day of our stay. Hot plates were set to medium, but eggs still cold. No microwave observed to heat them up. But overall stay was excellent"

"Honestly, this is a perfect place to stay. I was a little hesitant due to it looking like a motel, but it is renovated and it’s a safe area. It is only 10 to 15 minutes away from Disney and a lot of dining. I would 100% stay here again."

"The bathroom, specifically the wall inside the door, was not clean. The shower took so long to warm up we almost gave up on even taking a shower. The beds are stiff as a board. Parking is cramped. Bathroom hardware looks self-repaired, as in missing drain stops or faucets sticking out several inches from the wall with messy plaster to cover the holes, extremely noisy exhaust fan, A/C that does not work very well, the mini fridge wasn't very cold. The only thing going for this property is it's low cost, very friendly / kind staff, and generally quiet atmosphere."

"For the most part, we loved this property. We had a great time and would come back to this again! House and grounds were great and accurately described! Only negative feedback would be…-exterior grounds were mostly filthy and unkept-bee colonies around pool and hottub prevented full usage-washers were mostly not functional and/or had mildew smell. "

"Absolutely Estatic I booked my Motel California here! For being an older motel it is kept in good condition and the staff is friendly! Safety is important as I am a woman traveling alone and I felt safe and greeted and the man who ran the place made me feel comfortable and greeted me and made sure I had everything and even replaced the hairdryer right away! Super important for me:) It was a really great way to be at my conference and I didn’t worry about anything! I lived Arthur’s Cafe next door and went ever morning!"
