"Ive been to this hotel a few times and the young lady that helped me out, already knew which floor is my favorite to stay in. She also remembered that I always ask for two extra towels so when she saw me come in she greeted me with a big smile and a warm welcome and already knew I wanted towels before asking. Now thats GREAT customer !! Forgot her name even tho she told me lol I’m sorry, but super sweet young lady"

"Our family group of 11 adults and 1 child stayed for 5 nights in April. Beautiful home with loovely landscaping backs onto the El Modena open space. There are plenty of bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, sauna and gym. Kitchen was huge and well-equipped. Supermarket was just a few minutes away and Disneyland was less than 20 minutes. Property manager was very responsive. We had a lovely stay - would do it again."
