"The only thing we felt the elevators we were a little sketchy. Loud noises sometimes as they were going up and uneven and sometimes still moving when door opened. Other than that, everything was great!"

"Loved everything except the potatoes were cold every morning and there were no complimentary toiletries like most nice hotels offer. I forgot my toothpaste and usually I can get small complimentary items at hotels I stay at but this was not an option here. The only only option was to buy a travel size tube for $9. I’d still stay here again though "

"Holiday Inn is a wonderful hotel. The moment I entered the hallway, the high ceiling made the air feel fresh and open. When I walked into the room, I immediately felt relaxed — exactly what I needed after an exhausting day at Universal Hollywood. Everything in the room looked new and clean, except for the TV. I would recommend upgrading to a smart TV. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety and healthy options. Overall, I highly recommend this hote "
