"The staff was amazing!!! We had to book with them as a last minute emergency due to a horrible stay at our initial hotel. We literally had to check out of the previous hotel at midnight and had no where to go. Luckily I was able to book a room with them for the next day till the end of our trip but had nowhere to stay for that night. The staff helped us find a close hotel for that night and held our luggage till we returned to check in. The rest of our trip was great because of the Shinjuku Prince hotel and especially their staff. I will only stay at their properties from now on. I even signed up for their rewards program. "

"Excellent location if you’re trying to be close to Shinjuku station and kabuchiko. Minimal street noise with the rooms starting above the 20th floor. Great spot to explore Shinjuku and extremely convenient location next to the train station the explore the rest of the city. "

"Just an overall amazing experience and hotel. Staff and the food and the rooms loved it all. Walls are a little thin but thats my only gripe."

"Clean rooms and great amenities. Located walking distance to Kabukicho, but far enough that you dint hear all the foot traffic. Would definitely stat again."
