「Comfortable stay with beautiful trees all around the property. Plenty of helpful Alaska travel resources available in the living room, and host Kathy readily answered our specific questions about the Fairbanks area!」

「Great location, easy check in, even with arriving at 1am. The apartment is well supplied, has everything you need for a multi day stay. The owner was very kind and responsive. It is a basement apartment so can hear the tenants above and the boiler for the building but it wasn’t a problem-just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise. We will definitely stay here again.」

「We booked this place for its close location to the school our daughter was wrestling at so we didn't spend a huge amount of time in it, however we did find it to be well stocked with essentials, and we did enjoyed our stay. The location was super convenient to get to and from our destination, restaurants and shopping. The host was super nice and responsive to all of our questions. We would gladly stay here again. 」

「The place was clean. Had issue with wifi which he fixed. My only recommendation is that a tv be added to master bedroom. Host was very responsive. Kitchen and bathroom had what you needed and it was a quiet neighborhood. Checkin was easy」

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! They provided a shuttle bus to the airport, and when I was returning, they arranged a taxi for me. The room was spacious and comfortable. I requested a microwave, refrigerator, and hairdryer in advance, and they were kind enough to provide them. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, including boiled eggs, cheese, bagels, and coffee. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! One thing to note is that the hotel is conveniently located right outside, which would be great if you're arriving by car. Highly recommend!"
