"Nice hotel in a great location with very helpful staff and an absolutely amazing breakfast. On the downside, the room felt very small (we were using the sofa bed, which meant the door to the small balcony couldn’t be opened). The pool is nice; small and shallow, so good for splashing around in rather than actually swimming."

"The room was generally clean but needed hoovering in the corners. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast area was superb and staff were professional and caring. The roof to was stunning. The aircon was noisy. Overall a lovely hotel and I will easily return to."

"We only stayed one night and my son wasn’t very well so we didn’t see much outside our room! But the room was spacious and beds super comfortable. The bathroom was nice if a little odd - the sink was outside the bathroom which I found a bit strange! The breakfast was good and varied. The daytime receptionist was lovely, the nighttime one not so much. I requested some assistance with my son as he was feeling really unwell and as a British citizen I wasn’t sure what to do regarding calling a doctor. I found him to be rather abrupt and dismissive - although that may just have been his manner. He gave me a telephone number to call, (the 111 NHS equivalent), but the call was answered in German, which I don’t speak. I just thought he could have been more helpful, especially with the language barrier."

"Stayed in a family room, it was lovely and clean and spacious. Hotel is well located, we could walk to the old town in less than 5 minutes. Really friendly staff. Breakfast was a lovely buffet. We were given a Welcome Card as we stayed for 4 nights and all transport was free so this was a bonus."
