We loved our stay at Nala. It is a very charming boutique hotel in a great location with good amenities, including a delicious breakfast. Lea at the front desk was particularly helpful with booking our restaurant and train reservations. Lea was knowledgeable and spoke multiple languages. Monica in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. There are outdoor spaces to enjoy and the property is very clean and charming inside and out.

This hotel is a quiet oasis just a 5-10 min (safe) walk from the busy old town area. We will thrilled with how cleverly designed our small room was, and with the quality of the amenities. Though we didn’t linger, the buffet looked delicious.

This hotel was so charming and the staff was kind and helpful. The complimentary prosecco upon arrival was lovely after a long day of traveling. The welcome information was useful for our stay and the client service was above and beyond when I needed some ice for my injured knee. The location was also spectacular, being such a close walk to the Old Town area.

Nala was exceptional, start to finish!! Staff were very friendly during any exchange. The rooms was beautiful and THE VIEW!!!! Best I’ve seen before. Very central location- only ten minute walk to the train stations and the old town. Beautiful terrace and restaurant and the patio with the garden outside was breathtaking. Good was delish, albeit a little pricey. Would definitely go back!

The hotel was excellent and had everything we needed for our short stay. The staff were welcoming and the rooms were neat and clean. The sauna was a nice added bonus at the end of a day up the mountain and walking.

Beautiful hotel with character and charm! Great views and a wonderful garden area where you can relax and enjoy a coffee or a glass of prosecco. Complimentary beverages upon arrival and during the day were a plus. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were only staying one night so we had a regular room which was still fantastic and very clean. You can tell that details are important to the staff and the management. There is also luggage storage available. Not a far walk from anywhere.
