The location is fantastic -very close to main train station, area felt safe and very easy access to the centre for sightseeing, eateries etc. Staff were extremely welcoming and courteous. The breakfast was superb. A nice range of fresh foods and drinks at the buffet, with delightful staff bringing coffee to each guest’s table. The breakfast area is tastefully decorated, classy and very clean. The bathroom was modern and clean, all worked very well. The bedroom was adequate, had everything we needed - only improvements would be to bring carpet and furniture up to date. However it was clean and as we expected when we booked so we had no complaints whatsoever. The gym is in excellent condition. Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Nothing can beat this location in the very center of Insbruck! Also, great service and parking availability until 3 p.m. the day of the checkout! No food becides breakfast, but there is plenty of great choices around. The only downside was the lack of a small fridge. Overall, wonderful for a short stay! Don't miss the glacier skiing!
