Great hotel! Very clean and comfortable. It’s a little walk from the city center, but if you’re looking to take the scenic cable car, the station is right across the street. We enjoy walking, so a 15 minute walk into town was no problem for us!

We have stayed at two hotels since we arrived Austria. This is the best hotel we stayed so far. Clean room and friendly staff. The only thing I would suggest is to have two front desk agents in the morning as many guests were in a rush to check out to catch the flight or train.

A really good hotel! Room was large and quiet, bed was excellent. Parking easy. Location is not that remote: you walk 10 min to the centre. The stop of the Nordkettenbahn in right outside the hotel! Would definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Hotel is right next to a grocery store if you need any snacks. The hotel is also a quick 10 minute walk from the town center, we got up early to take one last stroll around town before checking out. Access to the mountain is right across the road.

I would have given 4 stars but we were unable to get any air conditioning for the entire stay. I brought it up to the staff but they were unable to do something about it. With the very hot weather, we had sleeping issues. Also, one window had no curtains only blinds making the room very very bright at sunrise. Not ideal! Otherwise, good location. Ten minutes away from the old town. Breakfast was good. Make sure you claim your Welcome Pass for public transportation. Hotel staff did not disclose this and we heard about it from a guide in town.

The room was very clean and we appreciated that. Then the water would not drain in the tub and we call the front desk and the gentleman was very kind and did come in himself and took care of the problem to an extent. He was very polite and helpful. The next morning, as we were leaving, the young woman at the front desk was quite cool and condescending.

Wonderful hotel, 10 minutes walk along the river into town and the Nordkette Funicular station is just opposite the hotel. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful my stay was perfect. Also there's a Spar supermarket next door for provisions. 100% recommend
