The staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking costs a little extra but it is secure and easy. The room was large with comfortable beds and the shower had plenty of space for toiletries. Breakfast was pretty good. Whilst the room was superficially clean, everything could do with a bit of a deep clean, such as walls or behind seat cushions. 10 minutes by car to the city. Good for a short stay.

Nice hotel in a good position for transport. The hotel gave us tickets to get into Innsbruck for free which was great. Supermarket downstairs which was really convenient. Comfy beds. Helpful staff. The only thing I would say is it was lacking tea and coffee making facilities. Otherwise great for the price.

A hotel with the best view. Just a few stops from the city of Innsbruck, this is the best hotel in the area. You wake up with the best mountain view. The staff are also helpful.

A great place to stay if you want to drive to Innsbruck and be only 4 minutes away from DEZ shopping center. The area is very beautiful, with lovely small villages and amazing views around Innsbruck and the mountains. The rooms were good, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast could be improved a little because we stayed for 4 days and the breakfast menu was the same every day, so it became a bit boring. Other than that, everything was very good, and we had a wonderful experience overall.

Excellent bathroom, excellent room, located right next to a bus station and multiple supermarkets which was excellent for day trips and traveling. Cons: no fridge in room and no kettle or ways of making coffee. Breakfast was expensive in hotel so it made way more sense to run to the supermarkets for coffee and breakfast.

The property was very nice, the rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly. The only problem we had was the bar and sitting area were not opened very long. We were playing cards and they came and told us the area we were in was closing at 8:00 pm, and sure enough they closed all the lights on us. The bar and coffee area was supposed to be open until 7:30pm, we arrived at 7:20pm to get a coffee and we were told they already cleaned the coffee machine. The next day we arrived at the bar/coffee station at 6:00 pm wanting to buy and drink and we were told the machine was broken. It doesn’t take a working machine to give us two beers and two cokes out of the fridge. Sorry but this really annoy us.

The staff was friendly enough. However, our room was not clean. We were met with urine and feces in the toilet which indicated to us the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was hair in our beds and my pillowcase smelled like dirty, greasy hair. I had to turn it over and use the other side. There was debris all over the carpet so it clearly had not been vacuumed. In the morning we went down for breakfast but couldn't eat much because all the hot food was cold. If you are thinking here, I would recommend skipping this hotel and staying somewhere else.
