"This is a stunning hotel, tucked away in the old town area. The hotel was immaculately kept, breakfast was fresh with a great choice on offer. Our room was spacious and had everything was required. Its location is perfect, a 10 minute walk from the railway station and only yards from the main historical sites. We loved our short stay in Innsbruck and we couldn’t rate the hotel any higher."

"The hotel is very well located to the train station and all that the city offers. The staff could not have been more helpful. The bar was ok, just not that much room. The air conditioning worked really well, and the room was very comfortable and quiet"

"Great hotel! Very clean and comfortable. It’s a little walk from the city center, but if you’re looking to take the scenic cable car, the station is right across the street. We enjoy walking, so a 15 minute walk into town was no problem for us!"

"What was great 1. Excellent location, just 5 mins walk from Innsbruck Central station. 2. Very kind and helpful staff. At the reception, with the luggage and at the restaurant. All staff we interacted with. Special callout to Maria at the reception. 3. Close to the touristy part of Innsbruck. Tyrol Musuem, Golden Rood, Hofburg, Hofgarten, Nordkettenbahn etc. Hotel provides you card for local transportation in case you prefer using the public transport instead of walking. 4. Amazing view from the room. They have a lot of rooms offering such amazing views I believe. Minor issue 1. Our room was not as clean as we would have liked. The floor. So we used in-room slippers throughout, avoided being barefoot in the room. Because we were staying only for a couple of days and wanted to be out and about, we did not bother complaining about this. I am sure they would have gotten the room cleaned or shifted us to another room had we raised this issue."

"We stayed at Motel One for one night as we were passing through to Salzburg. Its location is extremely convenient if you are travelling via train. Located right outside the train station. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was so kind and welcoming. The room was great, the bathroom products were lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Innsbruck."

"I was able to adjust the room for the last night to a 2 person so a friend could join me. The facility is amazing and so is the staff and location. A 10 minute walk to the train station but the hotel is in the best part of old town."
