「The staff needs a reality check in customer service. Overall, just rude and unprofessional. The only kind people we encountered were the ladies staffing the breakfast area in the mornings. Most front desk staff acted inconvenienced when approached by a guest. Guests are usually vacationing and the last thing they want to deal with is an unhappy Employee. 」

「Overall this was an average, pretty much no frills hotel. The rooms were clean. No microwave or closet in the room. You had to request new towels or room cleaning as they only do this every 2 days. However, you were not informed as such until we asked. Breakfast was average. But overall clean. 」

Not much of a breakfast selection, but I was ok with it. Coffee was Great! Enjoyed our time there a lot and will definitely stay with them again on future visits. 」

「Wonderful and welcoming staff! Nice rooms with outstanding bathrooms. Coffee vouchers for the in house coffee shop was a nice touch Would stay again for sure. The only thing we would have liked is chairs outside of our room. There were tables and chairs available that the staff said we were welcome to move in from of our room but we felt uncomfortable moving them from someone else’s room. Also the breakfast place directly across the street was awesome. Highly recommend」

「Wonderful location and charm! Porches under renovation during our stay but would definitely recommend to those who appreciate the history and charm of an 1820 home.」

「Beautiful and historic antebellum mansion. We had a spacious and comfortable room with access to kitchen. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch looking out over the water. It’s in the center of the historic town with good restaurants in easy walking distance. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We hope to return!」

「Breakfast was good quality, the a/c was good but “loud” and being right next the bed, it didn’t seem to shut down off all night, despite changing the temperature. Not an issue for this visit but the pool was closed on the previous visit, a year ago and observed that it was still or closed again this visit. Staff were Awesome in accommodating our visit of several friends who came together for our friend who passed away in Beaufort. 」
