"My husband and I stayed here for his 40th birthday. The hotel is an absolutely stunning boutique that reminds me of a Marrakesh retreat with the decor. The staff were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. Being located within the Cap Cana resort gave security and allowed us to explore the neighbouring pools and restaurants. Our room was a little disappointing considering the 5* ratings - very shabby chic and could use an upgrade and more attention to fixtures. The carpet and mirror was stained and the bathroom flooded after every shower. The blind in the bathroom didn't cover the entire window therefore passing guests and cleaners can see into the room from outside which was uncomfortable at times. I'd also made it aware that we were celebrating a special birthday but sadly there were no additions made to our stay. The rooftop bar area wasn't open during our visit which we would have enjoyed as the view of the marina was stunning. The breakfast options were delicious especially the traditional mangu dish. The hotel was a beautiful gem but considering the price we paid, it unfortunately did not meet our expectations."

The staff was incredible, providing excellent service throughout our stay and ensuring everything ran smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely book this property again in the future."

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully decorated family friendly property! We were there during the hot season but the house was cool and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, gardens, golf carts, comfortable beds and most of all the wonderful meals prepared by Vanessa! She was truly one of the highlights of our trip to the Dominican Republic. We would definitely return to Villa Los Cocos!"

"Clean spaces. A/C nice and cool. Lots of separate spaces for different types of activities. Food from chef is excellent. Accommodated various preferences of adults and children. Not Beach front but easily accessible. You would not want to go back and forth mulitple times a day.Staff is not friendly but does provide good service. Staff would benefit from at least one person fluent in English."

"This place was fabulous. Ricardo was very helpful throughout our stay. It was great to just walk out to the pool area. We rented a golf cart which was fun to use to access the beaches, small grocery, and marina area. "

"This upscale apartment is absolutely gorgeous in a great location in the Marina! Lovely furnishings, well equipped, comfortable bedding, very clean. Having an in unit washer/dryer machine was so convenient. The outdoor areas take the cake though! We enjoyed evenings on the large balcony and days sunning on the even larger rooftop - both nicely furnished. Used the community pool and gym, too. Daniel, property management, was great with communications and responsiveness and Lionel, on site building host/manager was super helpful and kind with check in and helping me resolve an issue with the car rental. 10/10 for a wonderful experience!"
