"The rooms were clean, the staff was very professional and accommodating, the breakfast was one of the best that I’ve had when staying at the Hilton 2 Suites. This is the first time that my husband and I have had an animal travel with us, and I must say this hotel was very welcoming and clean since it was also a pet friendly hotel. The staff really keeps the hotel smelling good and clean. That is one of my “pet” peeves and I was very satisfied."

" I stayed at the Hilton Hotels & Resorts for two nights, and unfortunately the experience was extremely frustrating. Every single time we tried to get into our room, our key cards would not work. We constantly had to go back to the front desk for assistance just to access our room. This became incredibly inconvenient and exhausting, especially since my wife is pregnant. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and annoying experience. I understand issues can happen once, but dealing with the same problem repeatedly throughout the stay is unacceptable. I really hope the hotel addresses this issue because no guest should have to struggle just to enter their room multiple times a day."

"The hotel smelled amazing. It was located in walking distance or a scooter ride to everything in the city. The entire staff from the front desk, the bar and room service staff were great. We had an excellent stay."

"The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the room service and breakfast were good. The gym and access to several restaurants within the hotel were also a plus. The only downside was the pool was closed, which was unfortunate given the pleasant weather. Overall would definitely book a stay here in the future. "

"Could not believe how great the place was for the price. Had four teenagers along with me and they loved it. Will absolutely be back. Staff was awesome. Valet kids were great."

"Maintenence cleaned drain at rooftop restaurant and it let out a gas like odor and we got headaches, closed throats, coughs so that was irresponsible. The cleaning wasn't up to par but the hotel was nice, excellent staff, very pleasant. "

"The room was very clean and on a mid level floor. The staff at the front are AMAZING! We had a king room with a pull out sofa. The size of the space was fantastic but because of that there was a very limited space for the bathroom. The sink was in the hallway and tight. The bathroom door had about half an inch of clearance with the toilet seat and the toilet paper roll was behind the bathroom when open. There was drag racing in the streets all night every night and it was so loud!! The parking was also kind of chaotic. Valet is highly recommended! There wasn’t much direction on how to handle it other than park level 3 or above. So when we came out of the garage from parking we were a block and a half away. We didn’t partake in the attached restaurant but it was busy so it must be pretty good. The cafe was a great choice to have for breakfast even if it was a little pricey."
