「夕方空港に着き、旅がレンタカー移動のため、翌日の動きの取れやすい、Ｍ９（日本の高速道路規格）の町にに近い町のホテルにしました。 当日、町でパレードがあり、前の道路が時間により通行止めになることを、事前にメールで連絡してくれました。 まて、駐車場のゲートが、指定された番号に携帯電話をかけるだけで開くことも、事前にメールで連絡してくれとても助かりました。 本当に親切な対応でした。 建物は歴史ある建物で、古いですが、改装された部屋は広く、快適でした。 キッチンなあり、必要なものは全て揃っておりました。 冷蔵庫には、翌朝の朝食用の卵が入っていました。 パンだけでなく、果物も用意されていました。 自分で朝食を作るのですが、IHのキッチンはとても使いやすかったです。 建物の入口や部屋は全てカードキーなので、アーリーチェックアウトも可能で、そのための、簡易なカード回収ボックスまで置いてありました。」

「街の中心まで少し距離はありますが、大通り沿って歩いていくと周りにたくさんお店もあり、自然と中心に到着するので便利でした。また、教えていただいた近くのパブの食事も美味しかったです。部屋は清潔で広く、快適でした。」

「The property is a bit old but clean and economical. Free breakfast is a plus. The things I did not like were: the shared toilet located across the room even though I booked an ensuite one - called and messaged the owner but no response; only 1 hanger available for our jackets, and the motion-activated light in the toilet automatically shuts off so I was having a shower in the dark lol」

「Beautiful old building. Great area. Rooms were quite nice and clean. Just no staff were ever present in our three night stay. An elderly couple who couldn’t speak English sat in the front lobby, often. I’m not sure if they worked there cleaning rooms or were a guest but if the worked there they made no attempt to communicate or help out, which was an issue because the front door to the building on a busy street was always left open」

「A lovely old building in a quiet neighborhood.The Edinburgh Marathon was the same weekend we were trying to get accommodations and the only room in this affordable lodging that was available was one with shared toilet and shower. We had a sink in our room though so that was great! The host was on site and actually insisted on carrying one of our bags up and down the two flights of stairs. The bananas and oranges at the front desk were very welcome! We expected to shared the toilet and shower but...

「No complaints, super comfortable. It was clean and very convenient, the bus stop is right outside and it’s a 10 minute walk to various restaurants, shops and convenience stores. There is no breakfast at the property. We did have trouble contacting the property before hand, and Expedia was also unable to contact them. It shows permanently closed on Apple Maps but it is open. When we arrived, they said they don’t even know that number that was online, however the correct phone numbers are listed...
