Our room was very nice with an incredible view of the city skyline and the planes come into the airport. We stayed here the night before our flight out of ICN. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. There is no check in desk, just a code to enter on the room keypad. Super easy. I would stay here again.

This hotel isn't actually a hotel. When you enter the building you have to go up an elevator and then there are rooms with key pads on them to access your room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The building is a bit outdated/run down. It is also further from the airport and the shuttle is more complicated than it seemed in the listing. It took about 15 minutes to get to terminal 2 in a taxi. There was a lot of noise outside the room late at night as it seems that there are many residential units in this building. Overall the stay was fine for the price, but I probably wouldn't stay again.

Instructions that were email was good. There is no front desk to check in or check out. Overall it was reasonable for the price, location and free shuttle for an overnight before a early morning flight.

Worked great for overnight stay to catch plane
Spacious room for 4 people with microwave and fridge freezer. Quiet and easy self check in where you go straight to your room and use keypad code for entry. Heated bidet toilet and shower has a glass door. 25 minute free shuttle to Terminal 2.

It was a very comfortable and nice experience. The worker was extremely nice and helpful and the room was spacious and nice. The view was nice and it was a very relaxing stay. I would stay before or after a flight again as a great way to relax

My only issues were there is no one at the hotel at all. And the person I had to call about the airport shuttle spoke very little English. He did send the right information to me.

This is a decent spot for travelers who are staying one night and who arrive/leave from Incheon airport. The rooms have what travelers of this type need and are quite clean, with appropriate space. It's not a great spot to visit Seoul from.

I never received a check-in email a day before my arrival.I stood in the lobby with my family trying to figure out how to check in and had to book at another hotel. The check-in email arrived after midnight (already checked into another hotel). They wouldn't refund. I'm submitting a dispute with my credit card company. This is unacceptable.

There are also many ways you can contact us. phone, email, messenger, etc.We sent room information to your email address at 10:27 am on the day of check-in, and it is confirmed that you checked the email at 09:34 on August 6th, the day after check-in.

Love the size and view
We all loved the size and view! It was nice to stay here for one night to catch the flight next day. First floor has restaurant and convenient store. They also helped us to book a jumbo taxi. The taxi driver charged 5000 won more than what the hotel told us. So be careful about the taxi drivers in Korea.

Although this is a self-check-in hotel, it was easy to get a hold of the management, who responded quickly. E.g. I sent them a message asking them to arrange a taxi for me, and they immediately responded. The taxi was on time, and the taxi driver was professional, courteous, and drove safely. I will stay at this hotel again.

Only issue I had was getting into the room. For some reason the email they sent with check in information went to spam but my inbox couldn’t find it and there was really no support at that time without being able to call them at that time. But the place overall did the job for the 12 hour layover.

We operate a self-check-in system.Room information (room number, door password) is sent by e-mail in the morning of the day of arrival. It may go into your spam mailbox. If you check your e-mail well, you can use it comfortably as there are information on transportation and check-in.
